Connecting Mouth, Body & Function

Collaborative care for the way oral function, feeding, communication, sensory processing, movement, and everyday life intersect.

Proudly serving South Jersey and surrounding communities throughout New Jersey.

We provide in-person & telehealth options.

Sometimes a concern doesn’t fit neatly into one category.
Maybe your child is struggling with feeding and has strong sensory preferences. Maybe speech, chewing, oral habits, and regulation seem connected. Maybe you’re seeing mouth breathing, poor sleep, tongue posture concerns, or orthodontic issues—but you’re not sure what piece to address first.
You don’t have to figure that out on your own.
At MyoLink, we bring together occupational therapy expertise, speech-language expertise, and orofacial myofunctional therapy to understand the whole functional picture and determine what support makes sense for you or your child.

When the Pieces Are Connected, Care Should Be Too

The mouth doesn’t function separately from the rest of the body.
Breathing, chewing, swallowing, speech, sensory regulation, movement, sleep, and daily routines can influence one another. When several of these areas are involved, families can find themselves moving from provider to provider without a clear picture of how everything fits together.

That’s where MyoLink can help.
We look beyond a single symptom or diagnosis to understand how function is affecting everyday life—and how different areas may be interacting. Progress doesn’t only happen during a therapy session. It happens in the countless moments between sessions — during meals, routines, play, communication, movement and everyday life.
Our role may be to provide therapy, consultation, parent coaching, collaboration with another provider, or simply a clear plan for what to do next.
Our goal isn’t to keep you in therapy longer. It’s to help you move forward with the right support.

Connecting the Pieces. Empowering the People Around the Child.

The L.I.N.K. model

It helps us look beyond individual symptoms or skills to understand the whole child, identify how different areas may be connected, and determine what support makes sense.

ABOUT US

Rooted in Care, Guided by Science

We’re so glad you’re here! We want to spread the word about myofunctional disorders, and how oral function can impact the whole body. Together, our perspectives help us see connections that may be missed when concerns are considered in isolation. Facial and oral muscles work together as a complex system that performs crucial functions. When this system is not functioning properly, it can have a significant impact on overall health and well-being.  Detection and intervention in early childhood is key to preventing complications in adulthood.  We aim to raise awareness about how myofunctional disorders can occur on their own or alongside other areas of functional concern. We’re here to help you understand what may be contributing to your concerns, provide thoughtful clinical and practical support, and help determine the next best step. LEARN MORE
