Snoring & Sleep Apnea

Breathe Easier. Sleep Better. Live Healthier.

What Is Snoring & Sleep APnea?

Snoring occurs when airflow is partially blocked during sleep, causing vibrations in the throat. While common, it can signal underlying airway or muscle issues. Sleep apnea is a more serious condition in which breathing repeatedly stops and starts during sleep, reducing oxygen levels and affecting overall health. Both can lead to daytime fatigue, poor focus, and long-term health concerns. Myofunctional therapy helps strengthen and retrain the muscles of the mouth, tongue, and airway to support proper breathing and more restful sleep.

Our therapy helps children and adults improve breathing, reduce snoring, and support healthier sleep. By addressing the root causes of airway and muscle dysfunction, we help clients experience deeper rest and better overall wellness.
